RTX interview questions

Applied several weeks beforehand, before getting an interview request from an HR via email. The interview was through phone. My interviewer was about 20 minutes late. The interview lasted about an hour, he asked me about my interest and why I choose Raytheon.

It was a bit awkward and I had to ask to be formally interviewed in person, they were just going to offer me the job without meeting me. I wanted to know who I would be potentially working with.
