Very laid back interview with general question pertaining to information on my resume mostly. No trick questions and was given a tour of the facility. I was then given an overview of what my day-to-day responsibilities would be which was helpful. They were able to answer all my questions as well.

There were several rounds of interviews. For the first round, I met with several different hiring managers to see where I would best fit in. The second round I met with the director of Engineering who ended up giving me the job

Interviewed with four managers. Mostly each interview was me repeating my experience and then them asking "why do you want to work at Raytheon?". Just be ready to answer that one well.

Unexpectedly, a manager asked, "what's a difficult problem you solved." I gave an pretty lackluster response. I suppose he was just looking for evidence of enthusiasm and critical thinking on my part. Got the job done.
