I’ve had to pass 2 interviews. The first one was very general (meaning, they were not going too much into detail about the specific field or internship) and took place together with the HR manager. The second interview involved HR manager + the manager of the field I would work at. The questions here were a lot more detailed, even asking me about specific technical terms.
Overall, both managers were very friendly though and it was a quite pleasant yet also somewhat challenging experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Lahore) in Mar 2021
Interview
Had a detailed case study based interview on the relevant marketing strategy for different products e.g. Mortein, Dettol and Durex. Was a very thought provoking and challenging experience overall. Would definitely help me in my future interviews

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Reckitt (Karatschi) in Mar 2021
Interview
The entire process went through with their global challenge, and after clearing multiple selection rounds, one could get to the interview. The interview was fairly easy. They basically wanted to guage how well you can work in teams, your interests, your leadership skills.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked whether I had been in a leadership position in a team, whether I had solved any conflict in a team and if so, how. Apart from this, asked me about my interests, and probed me further on it. For instance, expect them to ask a lot of questions about which books you have read and what you felt about them if you mentioned reading as a hobby or interest. Also, they'll ask which function you are interested in, why, and about your experience in it (if any)
