I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Red Bull in Jun 2018
Interview
I was contacted to come into the office for an interview. I interviewed with the GSM and a DSM. The setting was similar to other interviews, asking about my experience, goals, and what I bring to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Bull (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
Went in for an interview. The interview was basically just a conversation about you. It lasted about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview, the interviewer said "I will call or email you to let you know, I always make sure to personally let you know because I think it's an a**hole move to leave someone hanging". Unfortunately, I never heard another word. No email, text, or phone call despite several follow up attempts. The process was overall unprofessional.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull (Folsom, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied online, was contacted via phone, and then did a panel interview. I arrived to the site and while waiting in the front room, I could here all the ruckus and noise from the back; sounded like a friendly group, but could hear how annoyed two of them were that had to come out and interview. The lack of professionalism made a decent interview process sort of neutral for me.
