I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull (Denver, CO)
Interview
First off, I applied online through the Red Bull jobs page. From there if your app makes it through you will receive a link to do what they call a "video interview." Keep in mind there is no person on the other end of the screen. It is an automatic video prompt in which you are given a question, where you will have about 30 seconds to prepare an answer, and then you just basically talk to yourself while looking into the webcam. This phase is probably the most awkward, especially for someone who doesn't use FaceTime or anything. After that, it took a couple of days until I received a call from the district manager for the area I was applying for. He conducted a brief phone interview, mainly just seeing what kind of person you are, as well as scheduling an in person interview. Lastly, I went in for the formal in person interview about a week later, where I was offered the job at the end of everything.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Red Bull in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview was very different required more of a personality test than interview based on skills or experience. Haven't received offer yet waiting to hear back. Over all it was a very good experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Bull (Huntington Beach, CA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Prescribed question to get through at first ie, "why are you applying to Red Bull, and what value do you bring?" type of questions. Also be prepared for the dreaded "what are 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses" question. After that your just having a conversation.
