Process was relatively quick with good amount of stakeholders involved. I got multiple questions related to my background and way of thinking. I enjoyed the interview rounds as these gave me options to present myself.

Question 1
Describing difficult situation with team members, stakeholders. Process improvement and analytics related questions.
First interview with the hiring manager. After one-two weeks, I had the second one with the whole team, where I had to do a presentation. Overall, I found it a good process. I liked the fact I could get to know quite a lot what I will be working on.
The interview process felt impersonal. It’s not surprising given the size of the company and the competitiveness of the position, but the rejection email was just a generic, template-style message.
