I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
First interview was 1:1 over Skype with an account manager, very relaxed, mixed conversational questions (e.g. Are you a football fan?) in with traditional interview questions (e.g. What are some of your weaknesses?). Second interview was in person with three executives, much more formal, asked tough but fair questions over 20 minutes. Overall very positive experience.

Interview
First interview was a Skype call, pretty basic get to know you call, why are you applying for this job, and mainly qualification questions.
Second call was with the VP of Sales, very casual and very friendly. They asked about my work history, why I was considering the job and how I saw myself growing in this position. Seemed like they were gauging what type of person I was.
Next two meetings were at the HQ offices with the potential team members. The questions were a lot more detailed but the interview wasn't stressful. We went over my past careers and how it can apply to this job. Explained what day to day activity would look like and how performance would be not only review but also how the tools would be given to me to succeed.
All in all the interview process was detailed but never gave off a negative feeling.

Interview
My first interview was a Skype interview. I didn't believe it when other reviews said the recruiter was rude, but now I do. The only good review was from months ago, but it seems like their standards have dropped drastically. I was very unimpressed by the recruiter - was rude, did not seem to care. Left me a very bad impression of the job itself & the company. Did not ask me a lot about my own experiences, I had to ask questions instead, but then my questions were put down. Would always cut me off when I wanted to talk, almost felt like we were fighting to talk over each other at one point. One piece of advice: Do not look down on people - I'm sure you have been in their position before at one point in your life. Try to be nicer to people because you're the first face of the company. The only plus side is that the recruiter was clear right from the start in emphasizing that the Business Development Associate is a complete sales position - funny how Sales = Business Development (probably to attract more people), but at least the honesty was there.
