I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
It felt more like an interrogation than an actual interview. Constant questions about my personal life, and I felt like the interviewer was questioning my life decisions rather than actually getting to know my situation or me. I also had a feeling he was winging the interview because he asked a question twice.

Question 1
I have a lot of people applying for this position, give me 2 reasons why I should hire you right now.
My interview process started off with a scheduled video chat, which I like so much better than a normal phone interview. It allows the employer to put a face and personality to the resume they have been reviewing in preparation for the interview. The video chat went great, SADA answered all the questions I had around the position and their business. At the conclusion of the video chat I felt they asked challenging, but engaging questions to really get a sense of the person you are and if you would be the right fit. Lastly, I was asked to submit a "sales pitch" via email, which was another great way to showcase my skills in a "real world" situation, and further make my case for the job, instead of them making a decision entirely off my resume. The day or so later I was contacted for an in person interview at their office in North Hollywood where I was treated with nothing but respect by the front desk personnel and any other employees I interacted with during my interview. All in all, the process was great, really refreshing to hear back so quickly through email and phone. Nothing but great things to say about everyone I dealt with during the hiring process.
