I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Comprised of one Skype interview and an in office interview with department head and COO followed by an interview with the CIO. The interview with the department head and the COO was the longest and they asked the majority of the questions. Questions were centered around my personality and strengths that I believed would help me in this position. They also described some of the work that would be expected of me and asked about my interest and ability to complete these tasks. They gave me a few scenarios that would be likely to come up in my role and I had to describe how I would handle them. I also had to describe past scenarios that I had encountered previously in my education or in a former workplace that related to the role and how these scenarios were handled.

Interview
I received a call from HR telling me about the job opportunity. I was not interested in the beginning but he convinced me over the phone. The first interview was scheduled several days later. It was a Skype video call with their PMO director. Then, I was called back for an onsite interview the week after. The interviewer for the onsite was a PM, a Director of Architecture, and their CTO. The interview lasted about 1 hour.
The whole process was very fast. I was given an offer the day after the onsite interview.
