SADA interview questions

From the moment I applied and accepted the offer, the process took less than two weeks. I applied online and received an email the next day that they are interested in an interview via Skype. They were very professional and handled the Skype interview greatly. This was mainly for them to get to know my personality and see if my character would meet their company's values. After the Skype interview I got a call about an in-person interview with the larger team (my future peers and direct manager). It took me about an hour an half to interview with all four interviewees. I liked the quick turnaround and I knew from the initial Skype interview, that I was going to work for this company.

It was detailed and in the end they rejected me saying I don't have enough consulting experience. Both CTO and his son were on the phone but seems like only the son was interested in asking questions. I was able to answer all the situation-based questions but looks like they were looking for something more.
