SAP Senior Consultant interview questions

The recruiter reached me and had an initial conversation. Followed by 2 rounds of interviews one with the team and second with the hiring manager. Hiring manager indicated that feedback would be provided in couple of days. Followed up with the recruiter multiple times. No response. I was completed ghosted. Then received a system generated rejection. Being a professional requested a feedback for improving myself. No response. Very unprofessional.
