Interview
My experience may or may not be unique. It consisted of two conversations, one with the hiring manager and a second with the next level manager. Both interviews were conducted virtual via a phone call.

Question 1
There weren't really any difficult questions. I had partnered with the hiring manager previously so he was well aware of my experience and skills. So most of the conversation in both interviews was about the transition from corporate to being a consultant.

Phone and then Face to Face interview . Intense but structured. HR very organized and the process is well oiled. I was flown to Dresden to meet managers and heads of departments, it was a pleasant experience

Interview
Four Rounds. First two would be technical, third one will be with Senior Management based out in US and last with HR. Be confident and ensure that you know all the financial analysis related basics clear. Also, you should know to solve case study related to marketing. Benchmarking and SAP modules basic knowledge would be a plus point.
