Interview
I did coding test and got a email about hiring process. And, after few days, I got interview schedule by email There were two interviews, and all interview did in the Zoom. Simple questions about my resume, and about the way how to handle project and team issues.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP in Apr 2023
Interview
I had applied online through LinkedIn and got an email for initial screening. After that they sent me a link for the test.
The test was for 2hrs 15 minutes with 2 sections.
The test is extremely difficult and stressful. The first part is majorly about grammar and the second is about writing and editing.
The strange thing is they don’t check the test results after conducting it. After giving the test I got a call for an interview. The interview was about my previous experiences and some technical questions related to the profile.
After silence for 2 weeks i emailed the HR to know about any feedback. He replied to say that they wont be moving forward with the candidacy as my test results were not satisfactory.
Why would you call me for an interview if my test results were not satisfactory or if you didn’t have the results?
What was the point of the test then?
Very bad process and unnecessarily stressful and time consuming.
