The interview had the following process 1. Resume Submission 2. After the Resume got shortlisted, an email interviews was conducted. 3. Called for the technical writing test after, I cleared email interview. I failed in it. 4. The last step was the interview with the head Team from Their headquarter in Germany via video conference which I couldn't make it to.
