SPAR Sales Assistant interview questions

I had a brief chat and the manager had praised my cv. The next day I got a call to say I was successful. A couple of days later I got another call to say that it my start day was postponed until the following week because of certain circumstances. I received no call at all on my start date. I called and the manager informed me that he will call back. I received no call and discovered that the job was advertised again.
