I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jul 2018
Interview
Phone screen -> manager phone screen -> Panel -> presentation
Excellent process, by far the best that I have been a part of. There is a level of partnership throughout the process. I felt like Ashley-Rose, my Salesforce recruiter, had the best interests of both me and the company in mind. She was phenomenal - truly a trusted advisor as I prepared for interviews. Salesforce gets the hiring process right.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Longer process than usual, but a great experience & worth the wait. The recruiter acted as though they were my sports agent and she shopped me around to interview with a total of 3 teams until I landed the team with the best fit. I interviewed for 3 teams and got 2 offers and 1 denial. One offer, I accepted but it was immediately a hiring freeze, but I eventually got an offer in better situation after a total of 3 different group presentations.
