Salesforce Account Executive interview questions

A very efficient, in depth interview process. I applied for Salesforce through a friend referral and instantly jumped on a call with the recruitment team. After a 30 minute call I was then referred to the next interview which was an initial meeting with two vps. I subsequently had a presentation interview and a following 2 interviews with more senior managers. This was followed by a phone call with another senior manager to finally seal the deal. Salesforce are keen to make sure you get the best fitting job for your skill set and so have you interview with numerous managers to find the best match. I interviewed over a 6 week time period, however I think my particular interview process was a little longer than usual as I interviewed over the children’s holiday season but they expect the process to take around 2 to 4 weeks in general. Overall a great recruitment process.

The first interview was with my future boss ; after that the second meeting was with other three colleagues from a different sector and than the final interview again with my boss. Later I received the proposal from HR .
