I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Stockholm, ) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had two great interviews over the phone (30 min each) with two senior managers before I was invited to a one hour Panel Interview in Stockholm, where I met with four people from Salesforce.
Every person involved from senior management, future colleagues and the recruitment team was a pleasure to deal with (7 in total) and the interview process was set up in a professional manner.
I felt welcome from the first minute over the phone and the same when I entered the office in Stockholm. I am very excited and look forward to see what the future has to offer with Salesforce.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2018
Interview
The process involved 2 phone interviews and 3 face to face interviews. The first one with a junior recruiter and the second one with a senior recruiter who remained my POC for the rest of the process.
After the First 2 phone calls I was asked to come in for a speed-dating styled interview which included meeting 2 managers for roughly 20 mins each.
The third step was a presentation in front of a panel of 3 senior managers and the final interview was a 20 min chat with a senior VP.
The entire process was very smooth and transparent. All the interviewers were very warm and welcoming.
The recruiter who was my main point of contact was very helpful in explaining what to expect from each round and sent out the offer within 24 hours of the final interview.
