Salesforce Account Executive interview questions

Recruiter was terrible - never kept in touch and I had to constant chase for updates throughout the process. First interview was with the hiring manager - found him very rude and arrogant throughout, did not do a good job of selling the job to me. Second interview was a panel interview, again there was an air of arrogance from the people in the room, they didn't answer my questions well and picked at small things in the presentation which was unnecessary. Took almost 2 weeks for the recruiter to call me up and tell me they weren't taking the process any further - I was disappointed but on reflection I wouldn't want to work for a company with such arrogance and people who think they are better than others. I would advice candidates to look elsewhere such as Facebook, Google or Microsoft.

Call with recruiter, followed by call with hiring manager, site presentation to team and meeting with AVP. The recruiter was really helpful and resourceful. Best hiring experience I had so far.
