I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
4 round interview process. It started with a 30 minute phone conversation with a recruiter. The recruiter will ask about your work experience, why you are interested in Salesforce and some questions about your salary. From there, he or she will decide whether or not to set you up with a manager for the next round. Round 2 is a 30 minute phone conversation with a hiring manager. Round 3 is an onsite interview with two hiring managers. This interview is a chronological look at your resume and how you have performed in each role. Be prepared to go over actual results. And for the last round, you will have a 30-45 minute presentation to the Vice President and at least two hiring managers. The presentation is based on a PowerPoint deck you are given from your recruiter. This is pretty challenging as the directions are somewhat vague so the interviewers can see how you handle it. They are primarily looking at your presentation skills but you need to have a good slide deck as well.
