Interview
After a few emails and an interview with the recruiter, she told me that I would receive updates via email in the following days. However, after two weeks and two follow-up emails—both of which were completely ignored—I checked the job portal and discovered that my application was no longer under consideration.
This lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It takes less than two minutes to respond to a follow-up email from a candidate simply seeking clarity on their status in the hiring process. Even an automated rejection email would have been more respectful than complete silence.
Job seekers deserve basic professionalism and courtesy. You never know what someone may be going through, and a little respect goes a long way. A company like Salesforce should hold itself to higher standards and ensure that its recruitment team reflects those values.
I am completely disappointed and will make sure my colleagues in the IT industry are aware of how Salesforce treats candidates. If they ever consider applying to this company, they should know what to expect.

Internal referral. Phone screening was really simple and helpful. 30 minute interview with a hiring manager followed. I was not chosen for a panel interview. Recruiter was very helpful. Overall good experience.

With seven lengthy conversations, including a presentation, this was a heavy process. Many conversations felt more "political" than focussed on skills and values. In total I spoke with about 15 stakeholders and it felt as if nobody was well informed on why I was in the process.
