The interview process was pretty rushed, and I wasn't given a lot of time to ask my questions, or truly understand my territory and quota, that was all " to be determined later". Also, they told me what the salary was for the role, and I made it clear that my salary requirement was a little higher but that I could live with it, but when my offer came in I was offered 7% less than the salary they had staged. I had to negotiate up, but still didn't hit that. I turned down the offer.

Question 1
they asked what my CEO would say positive and negative about me at my current job
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Three interviews in total, each accompanied by a preparatory interview with HR. Preparation is essential for success in the interviews. The last one is the most complicated because you have to prepare around ten slides on your personal presentation + strategy for your territory and segment + role play.

Question 1
What would you have done better in your current position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2025
Interview
Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-structured. It began with an initial outreach from a recruiter, followed by a quick 15-minute screening call. Once there was mutual alignment, I was connected with a senior recruiter to discuss the Account Executive opportunities in more detail.
From there, the process included two additional interview stages. The first was a conversation with the Hiring Manager to assess fit, experience, and sales approach. If successful, candidates move on to the final presentation stage.
The final stage involves delivering a presentation focused on why Salesforce should hire you. This includes your personal and professional background, your sales process, and how your skills and experience would translate into success at Salesforce. The presentation itself is very manageable as long as you’re given enough time to prepare and think through your slides in advance.
