I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
The interview process was challenging, but in a good way. You first speak with a "pre recruiter" for a high level overview of your past. Then you speak to a different recruiter that dives a little deeper and asks more specific questions. After this, you speak with the hiring managers/team, and the final interview is a presentation about your background (personal and professional), a successful sale you have made, a value prop on one of their products, and how you would approach the role you are interviewing for.

Question 1
What would you do if, after showing a prospect all the data and successes that other companies have had with your product, they still were not interested or didn't believe you and the numbers?
Multiple steps involved with various VPs in a room with multiple questions they ask you over and over again. And over again. I found the process to lift my spirits and make me a better person coming out of the other side of that

Confusing.
They hired for multiple roles and although they reached out to me, they didnt knew what role to put me in.
Spoke to 2 different HR people, but felt like they didnt talked to each other and I found it difficult to know who was the person in charge of my recruitment. I found out eventually and they were all nice people.
They asked me to prepare and gave me stuff to be prepared on. However, the interviewer/hiring manager didnt put a lot of weight in that stuff, which therefore felt as I prepared for the wrong stuff and ultimately didnt get an offer.
