Nothing worse than having a recruiter reach out to you blind, agree to a interview, accept meeting invite, then have another introduction message from same recruiter sent asking ro set up an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2025
Interview
This was the longest interview processes I’ve experienced (six rounds spread across approximately three months). While each individual conversation was positive, the overall experience was challenging due to the length and lack of communication at the conclusion of the process.
The interview process was extremely long, spanning approximately three months and six separate interview rounds. While the individual interviewers were professional and the conversations themselves were generally positive, the overall process was unnecessarily drawn out.
After completing all interview stages, there was no clear follow-up, feedback, or formal closure provided. Given the significant time investment required from candidates, the lack of communication at the end of the process was disappointing and reflects a need for more transparency and respect for candidates’ time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Fairly standard process for big tech AEs - be prepared to answer the usual questions, culture seemed friendly albeit a bit stressful given current environment, not taking the offer but will be interesting to see where they go
