There was an HR screen phone call first and then a 1st round interview with member of the team. After that the 2nd round was 3 separate interviews scheduled at the same time with team members and business partners.
They set up a phone call after this for 15 minutes with the HR recruiter. I thought the call would be an offer, but turned out to be a rejection. A little cruel to do that over the phone and get someone's hopes up in my opinion. Would have preferred an email and maybe an offer to set up time to discuss feedback. It was also scheduled right before a holiday weekend for the day after the holiday, so that added insult to injury.
