I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce in Oct 2020
Interview
First round with a recruiter, followed by position lead, then followed by 4 individual interviews with 4 members of the team, finally a group presentation interview. The process was pretty straight forward and nothing out of the ordinary.
I would add some team members seemed to not really be aware of what the position I applied for would entail and asked some questions that would not have anything to do with the role. I appreciated that the presentation was not to be submitted but rather presented live.
Overall it was pretty straightforward but felt no feedback good or bad. I'm strong in my experience and confident in the information I gave but did not receive any response after the weeks and multiple rounds of interviews. I'd say over-all unprofessional and seemed to be a lack of organization on the team and recruiter.

Question 1
Describe a character trait?
Detail a time you had trouble or failed in a role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England)
Interview
4 stage including panel interview with both stakeholders and team.
There was a technical element at early interview stage but later stages were more about cultural fit.
The recruitment team were great at organising and providing information on what to prepare.
The interview process wasn't difficult, but the creative projects they assigned at the beginning of the process took much longer to complete than initially discussed. After getting through several stages, and sounding like it was a good fit on both sides, they ended up postponing hiring because of budget issues.
