Salesforce Technical Support Engineer interview questions

The process had great flow with excellent communication, 3 interviews, not that challenging, i loved that everything was clear and known the whole way, what now, whats next and deadline to each stage

I had technical discussion. It went very well and at the end panel member also said that you have to work on Salesforce and you will be cross trained. After the interview HR said that it's negative feedback and 2 rounds are over where you failed in 2nd round. But I had only technical discussion. I don't know how come system is showing 2 rounds are completed .
