5-step screening process. Every step takes1-2 weeks o update the applicant for the next procedure. Recruiting staff is open for inquiries and requests. Specific role is not yet clarified until step 5 of the screening process.

Interview
The first interview was an online Hireview with unlimited preparation time and 5-6 behavioural questions and 2 minutes to record each.
For the second interview, I got a task that I needed to make a 10-minute pitch for HR and two managers in the company.

Question 1
Behavioural questions were quite standard: tell us about yourself, tell about a great achievement, if you were CEO for a day.
Second interview questions were purely CV and motivation based.

Interview
3 stage process. Online application, SJT and then assessment centre. My Assessment centre was virtual and consisted of prepared 10minute presentation, one to in interview and finally group activity where you had to work together to solve the problems.
