Schneider Electric interview questions

First interview was a Teams meeting with hiring manager and another associate who works with the team. Very easy to access the interview and it was pretty thorough. I was asked many standard questions like work situation responses and describing my background more in depth. Interview was about half an hour and I feel it was a good conversation where I got to learn more about the position and the company. I have not received any feedback/offer at this time but would be happy to work with the team if offered a position.

Went through an extensive interview process over the course of 8 months. I really enjoyed getting to know my potential team, but when it came down to the formal offer, they decided to go another direction last minute after assuring me that I was going to be a perfect fit for the position and were looking forward to me joining the company. Very disappointing, not transparent, misleading, and ultimately a waste of time.
