The process involved two interviews, technical interview as well as human resources interview. The interview was taken online using Microsoft teams. The interview involved two faculty members from the Schneider electric India private limited from senior management level.
There was a technical interview round which had two panelist. This was followed by an HR round which had 1 interviewer. Both the rounds lasted about 1 hour combined. The difficulty was easy to average.
