The interviewing process was very straightforward. There was one main interview. The interviewers were friendly and I received an email with their offer pretty quickly. Overall it was a positive experience.
First step was the HireVue, which asked thoughtful, thorough questions about your past work experiences and soft skills. Next was the virtual interview, which involved a more fluid conversation about business strategy. I found that conversation informational and engaging as a test to my knowledge and showcase my thought process.
Short tour and panel interview. I have participated in many panel interviews but this one felt entirely too haphazard. 7 people interviewing and they continuously talked over each other. Not a great experience. No clear leader.
