I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Andover, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Tour was great. Employees were friendly and happy to talk about what line of work they were in or working on. Project space was excellent. Explanation of current project was thorough and easy to understand as a novice engineer. Responses to questions were very descriptive and thought through. I had a great time in the tour. Interview process was quick and easy. Questions were personal, some related to the line of work and some not. Very well balanced interview.
