Schneider Electric interview questions

Met with the manager and person who would do the training, they asked questions about me and the job I do now. They described the job to me and what the processes are that they do on a daily basis. They asked if I have any experience with certain systems/applications. They then asked about any questions I had about the job and responded accordingly.

Once the resume gets shortlisted there will be aptitude test along with programming questions, if qualified then the person gets selected to interview. There are two rounds in interview process. 1st technical interview where one gets questions about skills mentioned and projects and the second round is HR. If one gets qualified in both rounds offer letter will be given.
