Schneider Electric interview questions

the interview process was biased, and was in favor of female candidates. After the selection process the list of 11 was shared bearing the names of only female candidates. Only 2 of male candidates qualify for the HR round rest all were females, and after selection only females were hired.

The interview process was very unusual. I didn't have the first HR interview. I had to interact with my potential boss immediately. I wasn't asked about my academic background specifically. Instead I was required to solve a small Excel exercise and a quiz.
