Es gab zwei Vorstellungsgespräche. Das erste Gespräch war über Microsoft Teams mit einem HR Mitarbeiter sowie einem Mitarbeiter aus der Fachabteilung. Das Zweitgespräch war persönlich mit einer HR Business Partnerin und zwei weiteren Vorgesetzten. Beide Gespräche waren sehr gut gegliedert und hatten einen klaren Gesprächsfaden. Alle Gesprächspartner waren sehr kompetent aber gleichzeitig auch offen und angenehm im Umgang. Die allgemeine Gespächsatmosphäre war ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

Was interviewed by the head of engineering and HR in the company and it was an extremely lovely chat that made me feel super welcome.
I actually really enjoyed the interview process as it was more conversational than anything else. The Schneider staff were extremely friendly and allowed me to ask questions that were tricky.
The interviewers allowed me to probe more regarding the role and company and were extremely open regarding the overall position.
