I thought this interview process was beneficial as it allowed me to introduce myself and let the recruiters know why I would be a good fit for this position. It was difficult to be natural when talking to a camera, but the questions were not too difficult.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Ciudad de Mexico) in Nov 2020
Interview
First contact: WhatsApp
Phone screening: 1 hour and a half by phone
Then: Ghosting. No communication. I understand I wasn't selected due to I saw several times the position posted in Mexico.
Interviewer tried so hard during the interview to prove I wasn't a good fit.
Interviewer was rude, it seems that I was saying lies. I got the interview because I sent and email to the Mexico HR Vicepresident and Recruiter has no option but having the interview with me.
Very dissapointing. I'd never apply for a position here. If HR reacted like this way, Can you imagine working there?
The process was very long , has several steps and different person at each steps. You have to be energetic enough to explain everything from scratch to the new Schneider interviewer ...
