Interviewers were very friendly and patient, willing to introduce to you a lot about the company and the position
It was a full-time position in Shanghai, China. Total four rounds (no onsite) :
1. Around 1.5 hr written test on campus right after their info session (+ talking with HRs);
2. Phone interview with an HR (more behavior and experience on your resume);
3. Skype technical interview with a team lead 1 vs 1;
4. Finally, 1 vs 2 Skype with the manage and a HR.
Every interview was about a week apart from the next one.
Always prepare some questions for the company and interviewers. Calm down and stay positive when a technical problem occurs during the Skype/phone interviews.
