I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Apr 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume at a jobs fair in our University. They are one of many companies participating and the main office is far from our city. After a month, I recieved a call from the HR that I would be interviewed online. After the online interview with the HR, I was again informed that I would be interviewed for a Panel Interview online. Standard questions about getting to know me and the company we asked. Finally, I was invited to their main office, all expenses paid by them and asked to do a Business Case Presentation. They check on your Individual Capacities and how you deal with pressure within a team.

Question 1
Are you more comfortable working in Medium Voltage or in Low Voltage?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Barcelona) in Apr 2017
Interview
2 phone interviews with the same recruiter. After that a video interview via HireVue within their company's website. And after that, I had one of the best and most entertaining interviews I have ever had; it was a personal interview with my future Manager, where we discussed behavioral questions, technical questions, technical background, professional projects and of course personal questions as well. The duration of the interview was scheduled to be for an entire hour but it took more than 2. Once concluded, he told that I will be joining his team in the next couple of weeks. In less than a week I received the offer.
I have read a lot of experiences at glassdoor, and I'll be honest with you all: at first, I was pretty scared of what could happen. My advice? Just be true to yourself, don't lie, If you don't know it, just say it! Be confident, tell them that you want to improve your skills and bring all your experience and expertise to the company and you will find yourself in a good path!. Of course, the personal approach with your recruiter is vital!.
