Une annonce parue sur le site de l'APEC à laquelle j'ai répondu. On m'a rappelé très rapidement et j'ai été convoqué sur le site où j'ai rencontré la personne en poste à remplacer, le responsable de production et le directeur de site. Le RH était absent et cela n'a pas été un frein. Suite à ces entretiens locaux, j'ai eu d'autres entretiens avec les N+2 fonctionnels et hiérarchiques sur Grenoble. Peu de tmeps après, j'ai eu confirmation de l'intérêt de la société avec une proposition claire et acceptable.
