Question 1
What are your current goals and where do you see yourself in the future with Schneider Electric.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Submitted my resume to the company at a career fair. Was contacted a few months later about three positions. Did a phone screen for two and was brought in for a final round in-person interview for one position. Had five 45-minute interviews in a row which was exhausting, the first one being a lunch interview with two younger employees and the next four being with managers. Interviews were casual conversations about my past experience and career goals, and many went over 45 minutes. However, they flew me out at 4 AM the same day as all of these interviews and flew me home on the same day, so I was extremely burnt out since the flight was 3 hours one way. Also, the HR recruiter calls me constantly which is a bit annoying.
