Interview
I Had a phone interview, then an inperson interview. The HR lady was very nice and the facility tour was a a big bonus to get to see how everythign works. Sadly their travel arrangments were very difficult to arrange. The interview day consisted of all applicants having a review of the company, tour, job shadow, and an interview.

Interview
This was an internal posting and I interviewed with the manager and the HR manager. It's really important to be calm and to be somewhat knowledgeable in the Solar industry is very important. There was only 1 interview. The office is a very friendly and easy going place. The people are hard working and everyone is very supportive.
