I was contacted by a recruiter by linkedin. I had interviewed with the HR team and everything from my experience was fine. I was asked to continue the process with an interview with the hiring manager in Chile. He was very polite and introduced himself and we had a really nice talk. Same day I received a call from HR saying I caused a good impression to the hiring manager but another interview with the director was needed. I had the interview with someone who was super pride, he didnt present himself, he just said: tell me who you are in a tone like I was praying for the role. I present my self and then he asked in a very bad english: turn to english..... I was like: do you want to swith the conversation to english? He said yes. I said: ok. What do you want me to tell you in english... he just said. About your self. I presented my self and went over my proffesional experience. I didnt feel comfortable in the interview. He just said at the end, ok HR will let you know how the process progress. Until now (2 months later) I havent gotten any email none an answer from the HR team. I asked the recruiter about the process and no answer. I dont recommend this company. They are a wasting of time for chilean professionals.

Interview process was 2 rounds, First round was a one-way hirevue and the second was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Questions were fair and mostly behavioural. Interview process was long (3 months)
Was contacted by HR representative who conducted initial interview. Then was set up with interview by hiring manager and two field service engineers. HR representative then followed with final review.
