Semrush Account Manager interview questions

The interview started and the recruiter didn't remember the language of the position I applied. There is everywhere mentioned that I am Italian and she asked me if I needed a Visa permission to work in Spain (??????) The salary base is too low for all tasks you have and the project you work. Unprofessional and so arrogant even at the case she read me down in order to ask me some questions. She didn't ask me about my CV because the reason was my CV was so clear (??????) In my mind I was wondering: aren't you curios to know more about the candidate? Never mind!!!! I was rejecting immediately the chance to proceed with the 2nd step but I decided to sleep on it. This morning I received the rejection automatic email for Asian market, please, anyone can recall to her that I was Italian yesterday and even today?????? No words. In the end I think or she doesn't like her job, she didn't get pay enough or she is just like that so maybe Semrush should invest in some training for recruitment department. Your imagine is amazing around the world but you won't get any people with recruiters like that.

I originally applied for another position and had done the first interview. Two tasks classic HR questions of an example of a client success/fail story. They then confirmed the second interview a few hours later via email and offered time slots, I picked the first one available.They confirmed the date and time. Then a few hours later, I received an email that the slot is taken, and was offered a different slot. The following day I receive an email that the position is closed and a suggestion for a different Market. I say Ok, I am interested but it was a weird communication. Then they move the slot again. We finally have the second interview, I was given two tasks, maths one and a situation role play with a demo and upsell without much details, but the email said I can ask questions prior. I asked for details of the client for the role plat purposes and received a reply that I can ask that on the role play, not useful. Finally, a week later the interview comes and 15 minutes before starting, they move the slot to afternoon. At this point, ridiculous. We finished the interview very briefly and speedy, and I received a rejection email in 2 hours with no specific reason, just an automated email. The Italian guy is genuine and really can tell he is a great team leader, a person of quality, pure luck to anyone to work with him. The HR on the other hand is completely unorganised and unprofessional given the time I lost in constantly moving my work schedule to attend to their interviews, and as per information received from them in total, 0/10.
