ServiceNow Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Process took 1 week, 1 written test easy, aptitude logical and Unix, SQL basic questions. 3 Face to face interviews, all are positive but no offer, they that need product support experience alone. Not production support. When they are that specific, then why did they call such people for interview and waste the time. Pathetic people and pathetic process, worst people on shortlisting Never recommend for attending support interview. Technical team is ok, but management team is very bad. Over all pathetic experience... Please don't waste our time by calling unnecessarily when u want specific skill, then call them only for interview.
