The interview process consisted of an interview with the recruiter, another with a hiring manager, another to test skills, and a final interview with senior leadership.
The recruiter was very friendly and quickly passed me on to the hiring manager with advice and feedback.
When I showed up to the hiring manager's zoom call, I got the interview equivalent of the dead fish handshake. They barely read my resume.
Their questions were surface level. No ryhme or reason to his questions. No followup or questions about any answers. It seemed as though they had no interest in me or my actual fitness for the role.
Members of the team shared similar experiences about interviewing with this hiring manager experience when interviewing with them.
Also, multiple current ServiceTitan employees shared experiences of hiring managers strategically acting rude or disinterested as a way to test candidates. Without informing the candidates. I'm not opposed to testing someone's ability to handle situations, but this seems to take it to far.
Long story short, the interviewer didn't seem interested in engaging during the interviewer. It really through me off. Be aware.
