ServiceTitan interview questions

It was weird - they asked to write some not too complex C# code to implement multi value dictionary. That is relatively easy to accomplish, however they insisted this should be done using some online web tool instead of normal Visual Studio. This tool is too limiting for seasoned developers. It is like asking a surgeon on interview to make surgery using wooden scalpel, and no other equipment that usually used during normal routine surgeries. Not sure what they tried to accomplish with this "exercise" or what useful skills they intended to test with it. This might be suited to recent graduate, however recent graduates will not be really applying to this position.

First there was a phone interview, where I was asked about what I know about the position, if I am okay with the salary, if I need a sponsorship, etc. It was scheduled for 15 minutes, but it was less than that, from there, I was scheduled for a zoom call, where I was asked some questions about my experience, what I can bring to the role, and my weaknesses, and I also was given even more depth about the role. I also did a mock phone call just to see how I would answer a call. I got a call less than 3 hours later with an offer.
