First there was a phone interview, where I was asked about what I know about the position, if I am okay with the salary, if I need a sponsorship, etc. It was scheduled for 15 minutes, but it was less than that, from there, I was scheduled for a zoom call, where I was asked some questions about my experience, what I can bring to the role, and my weaknesses, and I also was given even more depth about the role. I also did a mock phone call just to see how I would answer a call. I got a call less than 3 hours later with an offer.
