I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Horrible! The entire process took about two weeks. They were very slow to schedule things, and the recruiter, I'll say their initials were CM, was essentially non-existent throughout the process. I asked repeatedly for the recruiter to chat, they never responded to me. I never spoke to a recruiter throughout the entire process. If I weren't unemployed, I never would have gone through to the final loop. - First step was hiring manager screen - Second step was final interview loop

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Eriwan, ) in May 2023
Interview
I found the interview process to be fair and representative of what I would expect for a customer support advocate position. The questions and assessments provided an opportunity to showcase my skills while also giving me insights into the company's expectations and values. I appreciate that the process was well-organized, and the interviewers were professional and friendly throughout the interview.

Question 1
I liked when they asked me to name someone from history who I think wasn't recognized enough by people for the thing(s) that he/she did. The interviewer gave me a chance to answer that question whenever I thought I have an answer, not directly after he asked me the question. He never reminded me to answer that question, and I guess the reason for that question was for me to remember that there was something I have to answer and not forget about it.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Kitchener, ON) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process felt almost like a conversation versus a typical set up. I particularly enjoyed answering the questions that really delved into getting to know the person behind the professional.
