It was fine. Multi-stage, asking typical sales-interview questions you can think of. Solid hiring managers and are honest. Company is growing and will see if you have what it takes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter via Indeed after the initial screening a 30 minute call with an ST recruiter was scheduled. During the phone call with the recruiter she asked about goals, difficult situations and explained the role and company in detail. We both found that I was a good match to proceed on with an hour video call with 2 of the managers. I was given a mock assignment to complete before the call to review and be coached on. The call with the 2 managers was as great as the first call. We talked about our history and what led us to this point, what drives us, and more depth about the actual role. We also completed a cold call coaching session which was really great. After the call I was contacted by the same wonderful recruiter with an offer. The entire process took about 2 weeks and was enjoyable and painless. I'm very excited to join the Titan team!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Jul 2021
Interview
WOW. In a highly competitive, jobseeker's market, this team knows how to foster a relationship with their potential candidates. A recruiter reached out to me, and the process lasted exactly 4 weeks. Started with a couple discovery calls, then call w/ hiring manager, a project and review, and then a final video panel. It was very thorough - exactly how you'd want your company to take their time to ensure a good decision/fit. I felt informed and supported the entire time. They utilized tools that made scheduling efficient. Overall, an amazing experience.
