Phone screening and then an in-person interview. Given a tour of the office upon arrival. In-person consisted of 2 panel style interviews with CSRs and Supervisors. Lastly was an interview with the manager. Typing test was administered at the end.

This was a brief interaction with the company consisting just of a 30 minute interview with the recruiter. Overall, my perception of the company is that they need to staff up recruiting and people may be overloaded. 2 data points contributed to this perception - she arrived 6 minutes late to the call mentioning how crowded her schedule is. I also asked about the culture and she said its one of constant change and quite intensive.

Standard interview process with the recruiter, hiring manager, onsite w/ team, and presentation.
The entire process was very concise and professional and covered a lot regarding technical aptitude and client relationship and organizational skills.
