A great interview with one of the sales team recruiters who was asking great questions and allowed for a professional interview which was straight to the point and engaging. Looking forward to result.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceTitan
Interview
I had a total of 3 interviews. The last interview was to meet with the team which took 2 hours. They all asked the same exact questions about experience over and over. The process was moving pretty quickly but after my 3rd interview, they went ghost and weeks later told me that someone else had better experience and proceeded to tell me I didn’t answer any questions. I know I did because they only asked about my experiences

I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn. Was contacted about a week later for what I thought was a formal interview, but ended up being informal with my potential supervisor. From there, it took about 3 months for HR to "formally" post the position. I applied. The recruiter called me after 2 days. She had no knowledge of me speaking with the company prior, but somehow I was sped through to the next round of interviews. Interviewed with a panel. The recruiter failed to reach out afterwards so I contacted her two weeks later. She then tells me I am a strong candidate, but they're no longer hiring for the position. Very unprofessional all the way around.
